羅茨風機從高速熱風可知，高速熱風必須要有較高壓力和風量，而且壓力與風量要平穩。高速熱風必須要干凈，尤其用于衛生醫療的熔噴布，衛生是重要的。

因此，在熔噴布生產過程中用羅茨風機，由于其具備強制性送氣及硬排氣性能，在壓力布平穩情況下依舊能夠保持風量不大幅度變化。

壓力變化主要是系統阻力的影響，需要自適應強的“風機”，而羅茨風機就自適應強，主要是它沒有內壓縮，系統的壓力值（理想值）一旦確定，只要在電機功率允許范圍內，羅茨風機就能夠提供多大壓力。因此羅茨風機有較好的自適應性。

羅茨風機輸送的熱風量幾乎不含油，與羅茨風機的*構造有關。對于衛生醫療使用的熔噴布來說，是有嚴格要求的。結束語；除了上述的之外，其結構緊湊、體積小、重量輕、運行平穩、噪音低及振動下，因此很多小企業也是可以實現熔噴布的制造生產的。
