不銹鋼離心泵適用于輸送有一定腐蝕性的液體，清洗系統，食品加工、醫院衛生、污水處理、電鍍漂染、精細化工及環保工程等，或其它設備配套使用。

進口直聯式離心泵產品選型：

 1、離心泵的選擇及設備

離心泵應該按照所運送的液體進行選擇，并校核需要的功能，分析抽吸，排出條件，是間歇作業還是連續作業等。離心泵一般應在或挨近制作廠家規劃規矩的壓力和流量條件下作業。泵設備時應進行以下復查：

①根底的尺寸，方位，標高應符合規劃要求，地腳螺栓有必要恰當和正確地固定在混凝土地基中，機器不應有缺件，損壞或銹蝕等情況；

②根據泵所運送介質的特性，必要時應該核對首要零件，軸密封件和墊片的原料；

③泵的找平，找正作業應符合設備技術文件的規矩，若無規矩時，應符合現行國家規范《機械設備設備工程施工及檢驗通用規范》的規矩；

④一切與泵體聯接的管道，管件的設備以及潤滑油管道的清洗要求應符合相關國家規范的規矩。

2、離心泵的運用

離心泵的試作業應符合下列要求：

①驅動機的轉向應與泵的轉向相同；

②查明管道泵和共軸泵的轉向；

③各固定聯接部位應無松動，各潤滑部位加注潤滑劑的規范和數量應符合設備技術文件的規矩；

④有預潤滑要求的部位應按規矩進行預潤滑；

⑤各指示儀表，安全保護設備均應靈敏，準確，牢靠；

⑥盤車應靈敏，無異常現象；

⑦高溫泵在試作業前應進行泵體預熱，溫度應均勻上升，每小時溫升不應大于50℃；泵體表面與有作業介質進口的工藝管道的溫差不應大于40℃；

⑧設置消除溫升影響的聯接設備，設置旁路聯接設備供給冷卻水源。

離心泵操作時應留意以下幾點：

①阻止無水作業，不要調節吸人口來下降排量，阻止在過低的流量下作業；

②監控作業過程，*阻撓填料箱泄露，更換填料箱時要用新填料；

③確保機械密封有充沛沖刷的水流，水冷軸承阻止運用過量水流；

④潤滑劑不要運用過多；

⑤按舉薦的周期進行檢查。樹立作業記錄，包含作業小時數，填料的調整和更換，添加潤滑劑及其他保護方法和時刻。對離心泵抽吸和排放壓力，流量，輸入功率，洗液和軸承的溫度以及振動情況都應該定時測量記錄。

⑥離心泵的主機是依托大氣壓將低處的水抽到高處的，而大氣壓多只能支撐約10.3m的水柱，所以離心泵的主機脫離水面12米無法作業。
